Where are IKKARI products made?

IKKARI is proudly made in Australia, using both locally and globally sourced ingredients and packaging.

Have IKKARI products been included in any tests or trials?

Yes. Youth Restore Serum and The Solution Serum have both been tested in Independent Trials, with more of IKKARI’s collection to follow.

Can I use IKKARI on my children?

IKKARI carefully assesses the safety of our products, however we recommend reviewing individual product information and speaking with your healthcare practitioner before making any dietary or lifestyle changes.

Can I use IKKARI if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Can I take all INNER products together and with other supplements?

IKKARI INNER products are designed to work together, however we recommend speaking with your healthcare practitioner before making any dietary or lifestyle changes.

Why doesn’t IKKARI have a cruelty free or PETA animal testing certification?

IKKARI does not test on animals.

Cruelty Free International only certifies brands containing cosmetic and household products and does not allow only part of a brand's range to become certified. IKKARI's INNER category means we do not meet this criteria for certification.

PETA does not allow the inclusion of any animal by-products to meet their criteria. IKKARI creates high-performance products derived from the earth, including plant extracts, actives and animals.

A note on our animal welfare...

IKKARI is committed to animal welfare, our Supplier Code of Conduct specifically states: “Aje Collective (inclusive of IKKARI) has a zero tolerance policy on animal testing and prohibits any such practice. Animals in the protection of Aje Collective suppliers must be treated humanely. Producers must abide by local and international laws and regulations in relation to animal welfare.”

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 24-48 hours for order dispatch. Your order is our top priority and will be en route at the earliest possible opportunity.

Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends or on public holidays.

Once processed and dispatched, allow up to two to four business days for transit to metropolitan areas and four to eight business days for transit to rural areas.

I entered the wrong address, how can I change it?

Please double check your address prior to completing checkout. If you do need to change your address and your order has not been shipped, please contact Customer Service by calling us on +61 480 022 160.

Does IKKARI offer Click & Collect?

Yes, you are able to collect your order from select Aje Athletica stores, free of charge. This complimentary service allows you to place an order online and pick up your item(s) from your selected Aje Athletica store. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready for collection. See store directions here.

Click & Collect allows you to shop conveniently online and pick up from store, reducing waiting time for orders and removing shipping costs. Click & Collect is available 7 days a week. Orders will be help for up to fourteen days.

You will be required to bring your order confirmation email and a form of identification. If you require your order to be collected on your behalf, your nominated person will need to provide:

- a copy of the order confirmation email

- a note signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf

- their own photo ID to match the approved name for collection

If you are unable to collect your order within fourteen days and require an extension, please contact the relevant store.

Do you ship internationally?

IKKARI is currently available to ship from our online store to addresses in Australia only.

Can I edit/cancel my order after I placed it?

Sadly no. Once your order has been placed and imported into our system, we have no ability to edit it or make any changes for you.

Our dispatch team is conscious of processing orders as quickly as possible. As a result we are unable to cancel it before shipping. Please take your time when placing your order. If you do require assistance with an error made with your order please contact customercare@ikkari.com.au

What is your returns policy?

At IKKARI, we honour returns in the event that your order arrived damaged, however we do not accept returns for a change of mind. A credit, refund or exchange can be processed back to the original payment method or account once proof of damage has been confirmed with our team. Please contact customercare@ikkari.com.au if you have an enquiry.

In the unlikely event of a reaction to our formulations, please reach out to us at customercare@ikkari.com.au or come visit us in store.

Is IKKARI packaging sustainable?

Currently our collection contains glass, bioplastic (created from sugarcane), FSC certified paper and virgin plastic that is either reusable or recyclable (either at kerbside or via the TerraCycle® Zero Waste Box™ solution available in all Aje Athletica stores). Our boxes and shopping bags are made from cardboard and paper that has been certified by PEFC or FSC, which means our products adhere to the highest environmental and social standards. We are continuing to work with the world’s leading innovators in packaging to reduce our environmental footprint.

Can I recycle my IKKARI packaging?

Where can I find out more about IKKARI’s plastic neutral certification?
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and AfterPay.

Can I pay using AfterPay?

Yes, you can checkout using AfterPay if you are located within Australia and have an AfterPay account.

AfterPay offers customers interest-free payment plans for your purchases in four fortnightly instalments.

HOW TO USE AFTERPAY ONLINE

- Add items to your shopping bag and checkout

- Select AfterPay as your preferred payment method - you will be redirected to an AfterPay register

- Register or log into your AfterPay account and confirm payment

- Once complete, you will be redirected to the IKKARI checkout to confirm your order


What is my gift voucher pin?

Gift vouchers have a unique pin provided with the gift voucher number upon issue.

What are your online gift voucher terms and conditions?

When a gift voucher is purchased online, a digital copy will be emailed to the email address provided as the 'Recipient email'. If you would like to receive a hard copy gift voucher, we recommend visiting an Aje Athletica store. Gift vouchers are valid for a term of three years from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers purchased on the AU website are in AUD only. Extensions will not be granted. Any unused balance remaining on a gift voucher upon exiry shall be forfeited and will not be refunded or credited. IKKARI shall not be responsible to you for any damage to, unauthorised use of, loss or theft of, a gift voucher.

Can I use my online gift voucher in store?

Yes, gift vouchers can be redeemed in Aje Athletica stores. Please contact us at customercare@ikkari.com.au if you have an in store voucher.
