Wonderful and Calming
Purchased the Ceremonial Cacao Pm blend as an aid to assist with my sleep. It delicious and provides a wonderful calming within to ease into sleep and sleep soundly. Delicious flavour mixed with warm milk. Note: The other blends I've tried (almost all of them) are also wonderful, you won't regret giving it a go! Your health will thank you.
