- Tart Cherry is naturally rich in melatonin and helps to both increase and support the body's natural sleep hormone production, for healthy sleep patterns.
- California Poppy is a traditional medicine, used for centuries to help improve anxiety, insomnia and restlessness.
- Chamomile and Lavender are both ancient medicinal herbs, traditionally used for their ability to calm the nervous system, relaxing both mind and body for overall improvement in sleep quality.
- Adaptogens Gotu Kola, Ashwagandha and Holy Basil assist the body in managing stress and help restore equilibrium by managing physical and mental stressors, reducing stress-related side effects and supporting natural rest and recovery.
- L-Theanine is an Amino Acid found in corn, green tea and mushrooms, and is shown to affect neurotransmitters in the brain, soothing the central nervous system, relieving stress, improving mood and maintaining quality sleep.
