I’m on my second bottle now and it really works. 30 min before wanting to fall asleep and it makes me sleepy and helps to fall asleep. Definitely worth the try! Might not work the same for everyone but it works for me.

This actually works so well! I have ADHD so I've always had trouble getting to sleep - have used melatonin up until I started the deep sleep tonic. I pretty much fall sleep straight away, which has been a struggle throughout my whole life. Coupled with some better sleep hygiene rituals - ie phone on charge not on bed-side but on dresser away from the bed. I turn my TV off when I take the tonic - (I have a TV addiction.) Pleasantly surprised at how great it works.

My partner has been using the Deep Sleep Tonic and has definitely noticed it helps him settle more easily into sleep. I purchased the Deep Sleep Tonic from the beautiful Noosa store after suffering from awful sleep for many months plus also not sleeping well on holidays. The very first night of taking it, I found myself feeling calm and getting blissfully tired, with my mind getting quiet. I then slept solid all night without waking once and woke up feeling the most refreshed and energised. I have consistently taken this tonic for 3 weeks now each night, and each night is the same successful beautiful sleep. My teenager has also been taking it as wasn't sleeping due to school exam anxiety and he is out like a light and reports that he doesn't wake until morning, also mentioning his mind was feeling calm. Highly recommend. I am almost out and not looking forward to the few days I have to wait before I get a new bottle. Oh, it tastes lovely also. Not overpowering, no awful aftertaste.
