Tart Cherry is naturally rich in melatonin and helps to both increase and support the body's natural sleep hormone production, for healthy sleep patterns.
California Poppy is a traditional medicine, used for centuries to help improve anxiety, insomnia and restlessness.
Chamomile and Lavender are both ancient medicinal herbs, traditionally used for their ability to calm the nervous system, relaxing both mind and body for overall improvement in sleep quality.
Adaptogens Gotu Kola, Ashwagandha and Holy Basil assist the body in managing stress and help restore equilibrium by managing physical and mental stressors, reducing stress-related side effects and supporting natural rest and recovery.
L-Theanine is an Amino Acid found in corn, green tea and mushrooms, and is shown to affect neurotransmitters in the brain, soothing the central nervous system, relieving stress, improving mood and maintaining quality sleep.

Infuse five pumps with 100ml of still water 30 minutes before bedtime. Shake before use.

Definite Deep Sleep
This actually works so well! I have ADHD so I've always had trouble getting to sleep - have used melatonin up until I started the deep sleep tonic. I pretty much fall sleep straight away, which has been a struggle throughout my whole life. Coupled with some better sleep hygiene rituals - ie phone on charge not on bed-side but on dresser away from the bed. I turn my TV off when I take the tonic - (I have a TV addiction.) Pleasantly surprised at how great it works.

This really works
I have tried everything for sleep. Some supplements work better than others. However, nothing is as effective as this sleep tonic. Bonus points for the taste! Yes it’s pricey, but it really does work so is worth it.

Can set my clock to the sleep time
Tastes like a health tonic, and is so easy to use. The bottle is stylish and well put together. It works like clock work- half an hour later later I'm gone. I definately feel more rested in the mornings, which has been amazing. I wake up earlier and ready to go.
