This actually works so well! I have ADHD so I've always had trouble getting to sleep - have used melatonin up until I started the deep sleep tonic. I pretty much fall sleep straight away, which has been a struggle throughout my whole life. Coupled with some better sleep hygiene rituals - ie phone on charge not on bed-side but on dresser away from the bed. I turn my TV off when I take the tonic - (I have a TV addiction.) Pleasantly surprised at how great it works.

It has hands-down the best ingredients on the market. I get great sleep whenever I use it. Sometimes, only 2-3 pumps are fine. I was a little taken aback by the taste (almost like a vanilla caramel—think Peter Alexander stores), but I don't notice it anymore.
