I’m on my second bottle now and it really works. 30 min before wanting to fall asleep and it makes me sleepy and helps to fall asleep. Definitely worth the try! Might not work the same for everyone but it works for me.

This actually works so well! I have ADHD so I've always had trouble getting to sleep - have used melatonin up until I started the deep sleep tonic. I pretty much fall sleep straight away, which has been a struggle throughout my whole life. Coupled with some better sleep hygiene rituals - ie phone on charge not on bed-side but on dresser away from the bed. I turn my TV off when I take the tonic - (I have a TV addiction.) Pleasantly surprised at how great it works.

I purchased the Deep Sleep Tonic from the Noosa store and it could be said I was a little sceptical but after years of poor sleep due to menopause I was willing to give anything a try. And I am glad I did. I have been using it nightly for a couple of weeks and it definitely helps me settle in to sleep and in the occasions I do wake up during the night I resettle quickly.
