I’m on my second bottle now and it really works. 30 min before wanting to fall asleep and it makes me sleepy and helps to fall asleep. Definitely worth the try! Might not work the same for everyone but it works for me.

This actually works so well! I have ADHD so I've always had trouble getting to sleep - have used melatonin up until I started the deep sleep tonic. I pretty much fall sleep straight away, which has been a struggle throughout my whole life. Coupled with some better sleep hygiene rituals - ie phone on charge not on bed-side but on dresser away from the bed. I turn my TV off when I take the tonic - (I have a TV addiction.) Pleasantly surprised at how great it works.

I have now bought bottle number 2 and i think this bottle of sleep tonic does the trick. I also measure and I have tested this. When I take it I get a better sleep score and when I dont, my sleep score is not as good. I have done this a few times and the results are always the same. I get a better quality of sleep when I use this tonic according to my sleep scores. So... I will continue to take it
