    Perfect pick me up

    I love this tonic so much it lives on my desk at work. It’s the best replacement for an afternoon coffee & helps me feel revitalised so that I can get through the afternoon’s at work, into peak time at home with my 3 kids.

    Vital and inspired

    The Vitality Tonic has become one of my favourite daily supports. I add a few squirts to sparkling water or filtered mineral water and genuinely notice the difference through busy and demanding days. It feels uplifting, steadying and nourishing without being overstimulating. The flavour is beautiful, the ritual itself is enjoyable, and it somehow brings a small sense of care and balance into the middle of everyday life.
