Ritual for use

Infuse five pumps with 100ml of still or sparkling water. Shake before use. Consume up to twice daily.

Stainless steel pump: Please return to your nearest AJE ATHLETICA store to be disposed of via TerraCycle. Cardboard box FSC certified: Please place in your recycling bin.

A great tonic.
This tonic is fantastic. On a super stressful day at work I have a normal serving, and notice that it takes of the edge and makes me relax. I keep it at my desk so it can be easily grabbed at a moments notice. Tastes great too.

Can feel improvements to my stress levels - my mood has definitely elevated after a couple of weeks. I also actually take a full dose before bed in the hopes I can reduce clenching my jaw in my sleep - it slightly helps!
